Right of withdrawal
You have the right to withdraw from this contract within fourteen days without giving any reason.
The withdrawal period is fourteen days from the day the contract is concluded. What you buy in our online shop are vouchers, which we send to you as a PDF by email; no goods are shipped. If you book an appointment, the contract is concluded when you place the binding booking.

by means of a clear statement (e.g. a letter sent by post or an email) of your decision to withdraw from this contract. You may use the model withdrawal form below, but it is not obligatory.
To meet the withdrawal deadline, it is sufficient for you to send your communication concerning your exercise of the right of withdrawal before the withdrawal period has expired.
Effects of withdrawal
If you withdraw from this contract, we shall reimburse you all payments received from you without undue delay and in any event not later than fourteen days from the day on which we are informed about your decision to withdraw from this contract. We will carry out such reimbursement using the same means of payment as you used for the initial transaction, unless you have expressly agreed otherwise; in any event, you will not incur any fees as a result of such reimbursement.
If you requested that the treatment begin during the withdrawal period, you shall pay us an amount which is in proportion to what has been provided until you have communicated to us your withdrawal from this contract, in comparison with the full coverage of the contract.
When the right of withdrawal ends
Your right of withdrawal for a contract on the provision of a treatment ends once we have fully performed the treatment, provided that you expressly agreed beforehand that we begin before the end of the withdrawal period and acknowledged that you lose your right of withdrawal upon full performance.
A voucher that has been redeemed can no longer be withdrawn from, to the extent that the treatment paid for with it has already been provided.
Note on appointments
Independently of the right of withdrawal, you can cancel a booked appointment yourself online up to 24 hours before it starts. Within 24 hours of the appointment, please cancel by phone on +49 6841 8179592 so that we can still offer the time to someone else.
