In the online shop
You pay for vouchers with PayPal. At the end of the order you are redirected to PayPal and confirm the payment there.
You do not need a PayPal account of your own: depending on country and device, PayPal also offers payment by credit card or direct debit. Which options you are shown is decided by PayPal.
You enter your payment details exclusively at PayPal. We neither see nor store card or account details — all we learn from PayPal is whether the payment succeeded.
As soon as PayPal has confirmed the payment, we create the voucher and send it to you by email. The invoice is attached to the confirmation and is also available in your customer account.
At the studio
Treatments are paid for on site. You can redeem a voucher for this; any remaining amount is settled directly at the studio.
If you bring a value voucher, we deduct the treatment price from the balance. Whatever is left stays available to you until the voucher expires.
Prices
All prices are final prices in euros and include statutory VAT. No additional costs apply.
