Vouchers arrive by email
We do not ship goods. Everything you buy in our shop is a voucher, and we deliver it electronically: as a PDF attached to the order confirmation, usually within a few minutes of payment.
There are no shipping costs.
Where else your voucher is kept
- The link in the order confirmation lets you download the voucher again at any time.
- With a customer account you will find every voucher under "My vouchers", together with its current balance.
Giving a voucher as a present
If you enter the name and email address of the person you are giving it to, we will send the voucher directly to them as well — with your personal message if you like. If you would rather hand it over yourself, simply leave the recipient address empty and print the voucher.
If nothing arrives
Please check your spam folder first. If the voucher still does not arrive, contact us at info@siriburi-thai-spa.de or +49 6841 8179592 and we will send it again.
Treatments
Treatments take place at our studio at Eisenbahnstraße 32, 66424 Homburg, during our opening hours. You can book an appointment online or by phone.
